Looking for Baileys from Devon UK Ireland and Scotland

I have spent a lot of money searching for my family. I was brought up in a childrens home and did not know my
mother,I met her twice as an adult but she would not tell me anything about my father or any siblings I may have
I was able to find my grand parents on the Geneaologist.com.uk I have hit a brick wall on William Bailey and h
wife Mary Bailey nee Davey in 1833.
I have had a DNA test but do not understand it at this point in time, I only got it on 9/7/13

I would be very grateful for any help any one can offer.
