Looking for Barger family in Canada

My search for Joseph Barger born 1820 USA and his wife Hannah (no maiden name) born 1839 is to find their family in the States.
They farmed in Vaughan Township, York County, Ontario, Canada and had 9 children 2 died in infancy, three I know of, John and Joseph and James. The others,Peter, David, MaryAnn, Elizabeth and Johannah I cannot find. It is possible they may have returned to the States to family there, I don't know. I have been searching for a number of years but no luck. I would be so gratefull to be able to find my family.

Ever been to the Emigrants to United States board at http://www.rootschat.com? If not, register as a new user, it's a free genealogy site also.

Lots of rootschatters have paid membership to ancestry.com and can do lookups for you, not to mention the wealth of other areas to find information on your ancestors. Especially from http://www.familysearch.org.
