Looking for Bell from SC 1815

Looking for Joseph H. Bell (SR) born 1815 in South Carolina. He moved to the Georgia gold fields as a young man and lived in Aurora, near Dahlonega. Have history of family raised in that area then in the College Park GA area south of Atlanta.
