Born abt 1750 and was in Otsego County NY by 1800. Married Ruth Ackley of MA. Son Henry Weatherly (first to use current spelling). Family has since lived in various parts of Otsego County to include New Lisbon, West Laurens, Morris, and Oneonta NY.
