Looking for Bio Family Otis

Looking for my biological father or info on him. His name is Herbert L. Otis. He was born Dec. 6,1932 to Darrell E. and Ruby B. Otis. I know he lives both in Fla. and Va. or he did at one time. He has a brother named Stan.
