Looking for Birth and Parents of John Joshua Martin from the Compton Que Area

We have the complete history of John Joshua Martin b:20May1832 we think??) from his marriage to Mary Jane Paul (2Sep1856 in Ascot, Sherbrooke, Quebec) till his death 27Aug1920 in Martinville, Compton Quebec, Canada. What we also know is that he had at least one brother Frederick b: 1834 who Married Eliza Kelly and died in Coaticook, Quebec in 1911.
What we can't find and would love to know is where they were born for sure ( we think it was in Trois Riviers Que. and who their parent were??? We think their father's name was Henri (Henry) Martin born about 1800 and possibly have a photo of him.
John and Mary Jane's son in my direct line was John Munroe Martin and his son was Raymond Benjamin Martin
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
