If you are trying to find a particular person in Ireland - go to the website - The Irish National archives census returns . The 1901 cesus did survive intact and is the earliest available - It was thought that the 1911 census had missing parts . but it also now has the all clear. I have a copy of 17 websites in Ireland that one of the reknown Irish researchers ( still alive today )and has put a life time into his irish Genealogy a. he is also recognized world wide and many of us genealogists refer to him when.it comes to Ireland ) sent to me and also added in to the - links - at this website - regards - edmondsallan
