I am looking for my Great Great grandfather Charles Phillp Sisson who is the father of Charles jacob Sisson who married Anne Carter I know he fought in the NewZealand wars and that Charles Jacob was born in Melbourne . What cofuses me is Charles Jacobs mother is stated as Isabella Jacob on his birth certificate Not Elizabeth Robinson. I wonder if he had a first marrage as Charles jacob was born in 1863. I have his birth Certificate. Isabella Jacob is the Mystery to me as I can't find any records of her at all.Thank you for replying so Quickly Lyntte Maddock (my Grand mther was Doris Emily Sisson )
