Looking for Cleo Ingalls of Aberdeen South Dakota 1920

My father was born in Miles City, Montana October of 1920. Cleo was about 16-17 years at time and her father worked in a lumber mill/store in Aberdeen SD about that time. My father passed away in 1969 but I am doing research on his side of family for family genealogy that I am assembling for my children.
