Looking for Coe Family IN Wexford Ireland

I am looking for information about the Coe family in Ireland. My ancestors are Richard Coe (c1790-1827) married to Sarah Staples (c1798-1876) They had 4 children born in Ireland- Jane 1815, John Frederick 1818, Frances and Elizabeth 1819 and 4 children born in Ontario,Canada - Frances 1820, Margaret 1822, Anne 1826, and Mary 1828.
I am particularly interested in Irish history as I have most of the Canadian history. Is there a source for protestant church records? They would have been Methodist, I think.
