Looking for Cole Martin James IN Kentucky
Possibly born in Grayson Co, Va in July or June 1854. Married Belle Gibbs in 1885 in Menifee Co, Ky. Dont have his parents names. Could possibly be Ramsey Cole and Patsy Gamble. I am at a dead end here. Have been searching for years.

my husbands mother is will coles granddaughter i believe. i dont know if this rings a bell, but she married a flannery. im trying to research both sides, especially the cole side, will was married to a Disy lammers or Lammer. i have come to a dead end. i think because there was indian somewhere and the records might not be as clear. i am going to Research Ramsey cole ane see if this is part of his family line. have you heard of a name of Disy Lammer at all?

Thank you for any help you can give on Ramsey Cole. This information was given to me by an aunt many years ago, but I have never found any information about Ramsey Cole or Patsy Gamble. They were supposed to be from Independance, Grayson county, Virginia. I hope you can find something about either of them. I hope we can connect a relationship. I will be glad to share any information I have about James Martin.
