Looking for Connell Mccadden of Washington County PA

Born 1745-1750, died after 1830. Was in Adams County, PA until about 1808, found in the 1830 Census, Fallowfield Twp. Washington County, PA. Can't be found in 1840 Census so probably died there. Was Catholic, so probably buried in a Catholic Cemetery. Does anyone have Cemetery records to look him up?
Also, how can I find him on any Tax Lists for Fallowfield Twp. - where are those records, or copies of them?
