Looking for Cornelius Hurley Harley Circa 1831

I am trying to locate information on my great-great-great grandfather, Cornelius Hurley ( a.k.a. Harley ), born circa 1831.
I think his wife's name was Catherine....who died Dec 11th 1884, and is buried in London in Kensal Green cemetery.

Their daughter was Honora Ann Hurley ( a.k.a. Annie Harley ), born 1854/5 in London (according to her death certificate). She worked in Bruges, Belgium for the Governor of Brabant and married George Bryan Mundell in Ostend, Belgium in 1883.
They emigrated to South Africa and had a daughter Gerogina in Tarkastad, Eastern Cape in 1885.

I need to find out where Cornelius was born. Can anyone help me ?
