Looking for Danford Clark Born IN Mass

Am searchin for any info on Danford Clark born 1827 Mass. He is in the 1870 census at Ingham county ,Mi. with my gg grandmother. Am assuming he is her father. However this is the only record I can find him in. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
