If your grandparents are still living, ask them as many questions as you possibly can. Bring a recorder, and notebook/s pen/pencil. See also if other family members have birth, death and marriage certificates that you can get your hands on or even photocopy. This will keep your costs down.

MARRIAGE
Christopher George DAW married 1949 at Bankstown NSW Australia to Hazel Jean WATSON.
