Looking for Deadends
I have a huge data base of ancestors and related families through compiling and some research. Most are Harrison, Floyd, Crawford Counties in Indiana and across the river into Kentucky. Most of the families went through the Shenadoah or nearby and many spent time in Tennessee/North Carolina. I have serious deadends that I can't solve right in the early 1800's in Indiana and Kentucky. I'm hoping to find clues and will share any of my clues to help you.
Henry Godfrey Zimmerman Liston born in Ohio (1862-1945) was the son of Godfrey Zimmerman and an unknown Liston. He took the Liston name as it continued through my family. Sound familiar at all? We're stuck beyond this.
