Looking for Death Date for Lewis Wellard and Where He was Buried

I am from a line of Wellard's from Kent, England. A lot of research has been done on this family, but as in most families there are brick walls.
My direct line is back to William Welleard, and Ann Eltenton from St. Laurence, Thanet, Kent, c, 1680.
John Wellard arrived in Freemantle, Perth in 1840, from Kent, as a lad of 15. His parents were Richard Wellard, and Mary Betts, from Walmer, Kent. I cannot find anymore records back from William Welleard(Wellard).
On the Australian front, on another line, the death of Lewis Wellard, son of William Wellard, both being sent out to N.S.W. as convicts in 1830, escapes everyone. Lewis Wellard's death and place he died has not been found. Lewis Wellard was born 13 NOV. 1804, Folkestone, Kent.
