Looking for Descendants of Wilfred Stringer Born 1920 Lahore Pakistan

I am looking for this family on behalf of Peter Stringer, brother of Wilfred, who is 80+ and doesn't have internet. They were all born in Lahore (was India, now Pakistan) and later lived in an Anglo-Indian community in Bihar called McCluskieganj. Mother Ramona later remarried Mr SCUDEN. and the children may have taken her new married name. This family are possibly in Eastern Canada.
