Looking for Descendants of Wm T Oliver Born IN KY

Hoping to find long lost cousins to fill in information for the family tree. All I know is Wm. "Billy" was born in Ky. abt. 1928, lived in Illinois for awhile then moved to Colorado. He married and had 3 children. Would be very happy to find his 3 children.
