Looking for Dewese of Indiana

Melvina DeWese is my great great grandmother born 1854-1856. Have found her in Butler Kansas and San Atonio TX I have found many DeWeses but can not find her. I know she was born in Indiana because I have a copy of my great grandfather Robert Harrison Monroe's marriage certificate which lists Melvina DeWese/DaWese as his mother.
