Looking for Dorothy Mae Lindell Windham from Ozark Alabama

I am currently looking for information about my biological parents. I am researching this for a simple reason which is to find out about any health issues I should be concerned about such as Diabetes, arthritis, other health concerns like trouble with feet, or female troubles.

I know that I was born in Ozark, Dale County Alabama in May of 1965 and was adopted on August 10, 1965. Any information will be helpful. Don't want to open old wounds for anyone just needing to know vital information. Thanks.
