Looking for Elijah Skinner from Kentucky Virginia About 1780 90

Elijah Skinner from Nelson Co Kentucky, maybe born Virginia, married to Anne Jewell in about 1816...This family moved to Greene County Indiana.....My ancestor was Benjamin Clark Skinner,a step son of Elijah.....Any info appreciated.
