Looking for Family of a Phillips Bootmaker

I am looking for any of the family of a Mr Phillips who was a bootmaker in Hawthorn/Camberwell area, Victoria, Australia during 1930-1940's. I believe he was my great grandmothers (Priscilla KILGOUR nee PHILLIPS) sibling.
