Thomas Hoy was the brother of Robert Hoy of Orillia, Canada - Robert was born on 14.11.1847 and died on 25.11.1894. Thomas went to Bulls Run Virginia. He was born 1835 and died in 1866. Robert Hoy's son Charles Norman Hoy was born in Orillia Canada in 1875 and fought in the Boer War and was a Colonel in the Cape Corps in South Africa.
