Okay, I am looking for the family of a Velma S. Bell of Anniston, Alabama. Her husband was W. Owen Bell also of Anniston, AL. I have reason to believe that Velma migh have been from Etowah County, AL. Possiblly Gadsden. As always, any info would be much help.
