Looking for Frazier of Kentucky

I'm hitting a brick wall on my great grand father. His name was Charles or Charley, some say Andrew Frazier. He married a Vina Hoskins, in the late 1880's had three children. Last place of residents was Jackson, Breathitt County, Ky. Belived he died between 1902 and 1910.
