Looking for Frederick John Cooper of Australia

i'm looking for my biological father FREDERICK JOHN COOPER he was born in Melbourne,Victoria,Australia in 1949 and was with my mother Barbara Warren I haven't seen him since i was 3years old in 1982-1983
Anyone with any information would be helpful I believe that Fred's father is or was a mauri from new Zealand
