I have a Patrick McCabe, born in Cavan, Ireland (source: The 1901 Census in Scotland, where he is staying with his daughter and grandchildren in Leith) His birthplace is listed as Cavan and his age is given as 76. On his marriage certificate his Father is listed as Hugh McCabe.
