Looking for German Ancestors Fischbach Elberfeld Germany

I am having a lot of trouble finding information about my Great Grandfathers parents. The information I have to go on is that my Grandfather, Paul Fischbach born 1884, parents' were named William or Wilhelm Fischbach born 1860 and Anna Maria Beischer born 1864. I am not 100% sure when they were married.

If anyone has any information that will help me in my endeavors I would me very thankful!
