Looking for Guthrie of Orkneys Scotland

I am looking for his birth date, places and emigration details on a William Guthrie born (?1860's ?) died 1932 St Lukes Sydney.

I am also interested in his ancestors in the Orkneys whom I have no information at all on - only that William Guthrie was born "all the way over there in the Orkneys, Scotland" per my 86 year old grand mother.

He married an Elenora Sullivan at Grenfell NSW in 1880.

Any details would be greatly appreciated.
