Looking for Heathers from Reading IN 1891 and 1901

My grandmother was Hilda Heather. Her parents were William Heather and Alice Tollervey. William Heather is listed in the 1901 census as a biscuit maker. Being in Reading this may mean he worked for the famous Huntley and Palmer. William's parents were Charles and Sarah, also living in Reading in 1891.

I would like to know Sarah's maiden name, and any of their ancesors.

Charles and Sarah had four children living with them in 1891; this may mean they had other descendants, so we may have third/fourth cousins of Heather ancestry - I would welcome any contact with them.
