Looking for Help Finding Richter Ancestors

I am requesting help in finding information about my grandfather, Henry E. RICHTER and his parents, John and Christina RICHTER. Henry was born in 1873. He lived his entire life within a 100 mile radius. Grandpa was known to gamble and was quite a story teller to us as children until you asked about family. You can imagine my excitement when a small piece of paper was found with his parents names. If you can help wih my search it would be deeply appreciated

He lived within 100 mile radius of St. Genevieve Missiouri. The last 40 or so years of his life were spent at Mineral Point,Mo. Which is not too far from Potosi, Mo.. Thank you for you interest and any help!
