Looking for Hines IN North Carolina

WILLIAM HOGAN HINES was born in Pender County,N.C. His grave stone reads 01Apr1869-06Nov.1932. Ancestry.com list an earlier date. I am searching for his parents. WILLIAM HOGAN HINES & LILLIE MISSOURI WATKINS are my GGrandparents, and yet no one has any info on HINES. We know a great deal about LILLIE's family. They both are buried in Bellevue Cemetery, Wilmington, N.C.

After Lillie died, WillIAM married Emma Mason. I have searched Onslow, Pender, & New Hanover Counties to no avail, & it is diffisult as I live in Ca.

Went to NC Archives last year and found nothing. He must have some other family out there somewhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
