Looking for History Info Connections OR Saenger is the Family Name

Looking for history, info, connections or ? SAENGER is the family name originating in my Grandfather's family. His mother's name was Elfrieda and his grandmother's name was Christine. His three uncles name's were Jose, Gerard and John. The family were farmers in the Eifel area of Germany in the late 1800's, early 1900's. Elfrieda Saenger later married Heini Forsbach and they had two daughters Inge and Elfriede. Any info helpful on name history or ? Thanks again, Moka :)
