Looking for Howe How of London

Looking for information on Sarah Howe Christening possibly 13 october 1782 St Giles Cripplegate London married John Wright at St Giles, Cripplegate London 8th March 1881. They had a son John born 1802 who migrated to Australia possibly around 1830 married Catherine Craddock at Parramatta N.S.W., died 29th may 1862(confirmed). I would like to confirm details on Sarah and extend my research on her line do they sound familiar to anyone.
