Looking for Husbands Father Celestino Lugo Husband named Steven Henry Lugo. Celestino was married to Anita (Steven'sMother in 1947). Later He was married to a woman named Theresa. Celestino and Theresa had a son named Gary who served in the U.S. Army. around the year 1980. I would like to locate this man. i also am aware that their was a house sold around that time and a 1/4 o proceeds went to Steven Henry Lugo, 1/4 of the proceeds was to go to Gary Lugo and the other 1/2 of the proceeds would have gone to Theresa Lugo.
