looking for Info on a ship Hamlet 1849

looking for Info on a sailing ship called the Hamlet . It arrived in Sydeny 30 Dec 1849 then Sailed to New zealand Auckland 19th Feb 1850 I would like if someone could tell me where i could get a list of the crew from , I know that a James Upton desertered the ship in Auckland

The HAMLET was a clipper barque

It sailed from London to Port Phillip, Sydney where it arrived on the 24th December 1849

It then sailed from Port Phillip on Christmas Day to Port Jackson
This is a passenger list to Port Jackson
HAMLET
Unfortunately, the crew are only mentioned as 'various'

It was meant to sail fom Sydney on the 17th January but finally actually set sail on the 24th, arriving in Auckland port on Sunday the 10th February 1850
- "She brings but few letters and papers, the mail having been despatched by the schooner William and James"

The Commander/Captain was Joseph Wilson
The passengers were:

Mr & Mrs Keesing

Mr R. Clarke
Capt Mitchell
Mr G. Duglas
Mr & Mrs Dominick

It was carrying:

As you said an articled apprectice, James Upton deserted at Auckland.
He was found being harboured by Benjamin Fearley at Benjamin's house. When the police arrived Benjamin told James not to return to the ship. Benjamin ended up in court and was fined 10 pound plus costs

The HAMLET left for California the following month

Unfortunatley, I cannot find any list at this time for ships crew - hoping someones ancestors will know
