Looking for Info on John H Smith Smythe

I don't have much info on John H. Smith. I only know that he married Amarilla Robinson (b:Hanover, IL 12/18/1825, married 1st to William Hughs), and he (John)died in 1882. John and Amarilla had the following children: Charles Albert Smythe, John H., William, Ella and Eva. I am a descendant of Charles Albert Smythe.
