Ingvald and his wife, Anna NELSON, had 10 children, all born in Chicago - Inga, Olga, Greta, Joseph, Steven, Esther, Pearl, Grace, Ransom, and Olive. Invald was born in Norway and the family story is that he was orphaned in a circus fire, adopted and brought to Canada around the time of the Civil War.
