Looking for Info on Quintilla Jewett Sadler

Quintilla Jewett Sadler was in a 1860 census for Powell county in Ky. She was married to William Sadler and had several Children...one was George Sadler, my great great grandfather. I cant find much info except where she gave birth to a Joseph in Montgomery Co, Ky. That's where I got her maiden name. Would love to find more info on her. I also can't find much info on William Sadler either.
