What Borough is Rutherford Street in ?? Do you know approx date of birth. What else do you know about him parents, siblings , wife children etc

Baams

I know that in 1915 he lived in 34 Shipford St, Shepherds Bush London. That is about all I know this information was taken from My grandfathers enlistment form from the WW1. He enlisted in Adelaide SA. My grandfather was 27 when he enlisted and had been in Australia only a few years. Sorry I do not even have my Great Grandmother's Name.

Baams

Alfred's birth year could be 1859.

This looks like the family. I am sorry for my lack of knowledge as I live in Sydney and the Bailey family were in Wall Flat (Dairy Farm)and Murray Bridge in South Australia. I remember going to visit them when I was 12, and I guess I may have spent a total of 14 days with Fredrick or as he was known "Bill" in my life time. I know wish I had spent more time with both of my Grandparents. No one in the Bailey mob has ever done any research on our history which is a shame as the last of Fred's sons passed last Monday at the age of 92.

Fredrick was in Australia in 1914, he enlisted in the Australian Army and severed at Anzac Cove in April 1915 and was repatriated back injured in July 1915.

I do not know how to thank you for this assistance I have spent many hours going around in circles looking for family history. My next mission is to see if I can find were Bill's siblings ended up. Again Thank you so much
Brian Bailey

Albert must have been Alive as he was listed as Fredrick's next of kin on his Army papers. That is how I know his fathers name
