Looking for Information on Clarence Rayburn Elliott Born Around 1905 Somewhere IN USA Maybe Ohio
Clarence is the father-in-law,I never met. He and his wife Albertine Kruger (born in 1901 in Germany)had twin boys (Bronx, NY) who went away to summer camp when they were 5 or 6 years old. Clarence came to see the boys at the camp. however, he never reached them as he had a heart attach on the grounds at age 45. I married one of the twins Robert Charles Elliott in 1972 and became part of the family. We had two children, whom my mother-in-law adored and they in turn her. I'm sorry to say they never met their grandfather. I understand he was a race car driver and went under the name of Wild Bill Elliott and drove mini racing cars. It would be nice to find out more information about the man I never got to meet.
I have been trying to do some research on this but I can't seem to find a Clarence Rayburn Elliot. I tried all states ,and I did find several Clarence Elliot but the dates don't match. If he was born in 1905 then he died more than the 45 years you say. But I also went on Google.com to see about a race car driver named Wild Bill Elliot, I did find a Wild Bill Elliot however he was a movie picture actor in the 50's and 60's. He made cowboy movies in the 40's even. I also tried to find Albertine Kruger however she comes up as Albert Kruger. I also went and tried to find her in Find a Grave but she doesn't come up at all. So I am at a brick wall as to proceed. If you can get other information maybe I can find them. You said you are married to one of the twins, but can you give the birth date of the twins? also do you have an exact birth date of Clarence and did he go by any other names? Please let me know and I will try to find them. I did find a race car driver and his name is Wild Bill Elliot but I think he is still alive. and I think he was born later than 1905. Nsueturney60

This looks like couple. According to the census he was 27 when he married so they must have married in abt 1920. It states he was born in abt 1893 in Ohio.
Albertine was born in Germany and arrived in the USA in 1907. (Naturalized) First married at age 19.
