My bio. father said this man was my great great grandfather. His name is carey judson henderson born june 15,1926 and died nov. 11,1998. His mother was Ethel Touay Cochran and father was Clarence Berry Henderson all of Texas around Seguin area. Don't know if the story he told me was true or not, I'm still researching.

You may already have this info' by now but I believe the above dates to be correct. He was the 2nd born son of Rev.James G. & Elizabeth Hardin in Fannin County, Texas. Actually, you might know there are now books being written by Chuck Parsons covering John Wesley's part in the Sutton/Taylor feud. My husband immigrated to Australia from Arizona & his ancestors are Taylors, so we had been doing much research before finding a good selection of books now in print to cover these stories. John Wesley married Jane Bowen(daughter of Gonzales County rancher) on Feb 27, 1872. John Wesley fought on the Taylor's side of the feud.
