Looking for Information on Phillips Family IN Pennsylvania Have Some

I am also looking for Phillips from PA. William and Betsy Phillips came here from England 1n 1889 with daughter Ruth (possibly other children, too.) I have no other information prior to their immigration.

Which Phillips family from PA? I have a William and Mary E who moved early (about 1845) to Delaware Co., IA. Their son, Jacob, married Esther Still in IA.

My Great Grandfather Nicholas Phillips, came from Alsace-Lorraine in the late 1800's. Also, his wife, Margaret Gearhart Phillips. They originally settled in Connellsville, Pa., before moving to Punxsutawney, Pa.

my phillips family came from wales to ohio to scranton,pa-1880 u.s. census...william phillips B1828, wife mary-B1830, alexander B1857, jemima B1860, mary a.B1861. william was a carpenter, all were born in wales. alexander married charlotte ridgeway B1869, jemima married william dolph and lived in schenetidy new york.

My 2nd great grandfather Francis E Phillips was born in White County Illinois 1839 -/+ 1 yr. a
He didn't ever say where his dad came from but his son,Wiley has given Penn. as the state of his dads birth why I'm not sure,but maybe this means something,because he was 2 1/2 yrs old when his dad Francis dies in Civil War. Maybe his Mother told him stories about the Phillips that her dead spouse told her,and he made a mistake about it being his dad.Man Ill take ANY help I can get.Now he is one thing I can not spell this name right but I'm gonna try because its Wiley's middle name and I think it might be Francis's dads name ok Macagie that's the best I can do now my silly aunt spells it McCaghie who knows by the way,Wiley is Mary Daniel Phillips dads name it would only make sense .thanks thanks thanks Kathy Lee
