Looking for Information on Raymond Walker from Johnstown Ohio

My parents and grandparents have all passed, and I have started researching my family history, but have run into a road bump with my dad's biological father. I know almost nothing of him. I know he was from Johnstown, Ohio and had a sister named Rose. I do have a military picture of him, but that is about it. He was married to my grandmother, (Ruth Carolyn Rinker), for a short time. Any information or help would be greatly appreciated.
