For all Comerford family members, what I can tell for certain is that Richard had been born in Ireland and stopped over for a bit at Charletton, Prince Edward Island, Canada before marrying Mary Murray in 1861., after that, they had 4 sons with the names William Thomas (b 1887- d 1963~ he married a Mary E. Drum)., John Joseph (b 1894-d 1958 married Aubyn Lapham).,and Richard jr (b1895- d year uncertain..,married Florence Burt) ~~Richard jr was my G Grandfather and he had 2 sons., Richard (b1926-d just a few years ago) and Albert V. (b 1928-d 2004).., Albert was the father of Albert V. Jr (b 1954-d 1975.., married to Robin Wells..., was my father) and his sister June (b 1955- )..., as my G Grandmother Florence began the genealogy of the family, there is much we have learned and much MUCH more to learn..., if anyone is a relative or knows anything about where Richard was from IN Ireland of any further info on his parents or his occupation, it would all be very greatly appreciated!
