Looking for Information on Thomas Horsley

I am trying to find the birth of my 3rd great grandfather, Thomas Horsley, born approximatel 1795. I have his marriage to Lydia Martin Eastwell, his death in 1875 and his census records in 1841,1851 and 1861. Can't find a record of his birth. I believe his parents were John Horsley and Ann Friend but can't be certain.
