Looking for information on William Henry/Harry Phillips, b. 1816,in ???, d. 1905 in Moncton, NB, Canada, wife is Maria Elizabeth ????. One of their children, Joseph, was supposedly born in Pennobscot, Maine. One of their sons was born in Petitcodiac, NB, Canada. He worked on the ICR Railway while he lived in Moncton. I can find no other information on William Henry Phillips.
