The Irvine family came to Christchurch NZ just before WW1 from Dundee. Joseph married Isabel(la) Clark (also from Dundee) in Christchurch after the war. Joseph's father was referred to as Captain and it appears his name may also be Joseph 1859 Dundee - 1937 Christchurch, and his wife Sarah Colligan 1864 Dundee - ? Christchurch.
