Looking for James E Behan Minnesota Siblings and Parents

I am looking for information on James E. Behan's parents John Behan and Mary Ellen O'Neil Behan, both born in Ireland. Their son James emigrated from Canada in 1873 at the age of 9...I have his naturalization papers citing the date and port of entry which was Detroit MI. My brick wall is no trace of the family from 1873 until I find James E. in Minnesota in 1895 -- a 25 year gap. Any information about the family would be helpful. Facts: James Edward Behan, DOB-2/12/1864, Toronto, Canada, Death July 1939, Wheaton, Minnesota. Two sibilings listed in 1939 obit: Michael of Canada and Margaret Brown of Los Angels. Parent John Behan and Mary Ellen O'Neil Behan.
